U. Wisconsin

The University of Wisconsin has campuses at Madison and at Milwaukee. Both have connections to vBNS and will soon directly peer with MREN. The two campuses, along with the statewide WiscNet, share an OC3 link from Milwaukee to the Chicago AADS NAP. Average link utilization is less than one third. Milwaukee is connected to Abilene, while Madison has plans to connect to Abilene in the near future. The Madison physics department subnet has a direct peering relationship with ESNet.
