Each of this Excel files contain:

_dbcap measurement

_Holt-Winters Forecasts with parameters alpha(overall), beta(seasonal) and gamma(trend) and the 3 
components this parameters are associated with. These are the overall smoothing, the seasonal factor
and the trend factor.

_standard deviation of the forecast

_alarm condition

_Since the minimum Mean Square Error is estimated using gamma=0, the trend factor is flat
(constant). Excel sheats show this value.

The forecasts are made such as the maximum value of the forecast is limited by the maximum
value in the dbcap history. This makes the predictions better and reduces the residual, but also
reduces the standard deviation of the forecast.
