SLAC

Reverse-traffic: TCP Reno 16 streams (from NsLabs to SLAC) and Fast TCP (from SLAC to NSLabs). Both have 4 MB window (We do not plot the throughput of Reno). We kill the iperf of the reverse traffic 10 minutes after the beginning of the test.
